No! You’ll earn a reward immediately simply for making the introduction. But, you can receive bigger prizes if your referral does progress in our sales journey or becomes a customer.
Rewards are typically sent within one week after a referral qualifies.
How long does it take to receive my reward?

We’ll handle the tracking for you! You will receive an email notification the moment one of your referrals qualifies for a reward.
Is there a deadline for my referral to meet with FMX?
To qualify for the "meeting" prize, your referral must complete their initial meeting with our team within one year of your submission date.

What counts as a valid referral?
A valid referral is someone you have a real, professional relationship with — someone who would recognize your name when we reach out. This can include:
- A current or former coworker
- Someone you collaborate with in your role
- A peer or leader at another district or organization
- A consultant, vendor, or partner you’ve worked with
Can I refer more than one person from the same organization?
To keep the program fair and consistent, each organization counts as one referral. If you know multiple people at the same district or company, that still qualifies as a single referral for reward purposes.
Referrals should come from someone you know professionally — just a quick warm intro is all we need to keep the experience positive for everyone. FMX may decline referrals if there isn’t an existing relationship in place so we can keep the program valuable and respectful for all parties.
Please note: Each referral must be tied to a unique organization. Multiple contacts from the same district or company count as a single referral.

Do I need to be a current FMX customer to submit a referral?
Yes, you must be a current FMX customer to be eligible for referral prizes.
This requirement is in place because a core part of the referral process is sharing your personal, valuable experience using FMX with the colleague you refer. Your authentic testimonial is the most powerful tool for a successful referral!
What if multiple referrals of mine become FMX customers?
You can earn one pair of Meta AI glasses every calendar year! If you bring in even more FMX customers beyond that, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. For every additional referral that converts, you’ll get to pick from a variety of exciting bonus prizes.
What if I previously submitted a referral as part of your previous 2025 referral program?
If you’ve already submitted referrals recently, you’re in luck! Those referrals are officially "grandfathered" into this new structure. If they progress to a meeting or a purchase, you’ll be eligible for these new, upgraded prizes.
